The new refill pouches (coming soon) allow you to reuse and refill your favourite Innersense Organic Beauty conditioners right at home, extending the life cycle of your favourite clean hair care bottles.

Each refill pouch will fill 3x 295ml bottles plus 1x 60ml travel size bottle.

They also use considerably less plastic!
A refill pouch uses 75% less plastic than three of the 295ml bottles.

Pure Inspiration Daily Conditioner - best for fine to medium hair.

Hydrating Cream Conditioner- best for thick, coarse, thirsty and damaged hair.

Color Radiance Daily Conditioner - best for medium texture, coloured and chemically treated hair.

Refill Pouch FAQs

Why refill pouches instead of buying more plastic bottles?

Plastic pouches require less material than rigid containers, that means less waste, less water used during manufacturing and significantly lower emissions.
Pouches also take up far less space than rigid containers.
They are also lightweight, protect the clean hair care products without the need for excess packing materials and are damage resistant, making transportation more energy efficient and climate friendly.
Should I rinse my bottles with water before refilling?

No! There's no need.
Water can create unnecessary contamination; when your product gets low, simply refill the bottle using your refill pouch.

How do I refill my bottle with the pouch?

Just remove the cap or pump from your bottle, then insert the spout of the pouch inside the neck of the bottle. Next pour (or squeeze) slowly until the bottle is full. We advise not "mixing" products, so refill your hairbath or conditioner bottles with the same product.

Shipping Within New Zealand

Flat rate $8.00

Orders are sent via courier, please allow 1-3 working days for delivery within the North Island, 1-5 working days for inter-island delivery and add an extra 2 days for rural delivery.

You will receive an email notification as soon as your order ‘has left the building’.


Australian Standard shipping rate is $20.00.  Please allow between 7-21 working days for delivery.

Tracked Australian Shipping rate is $35.00. Please allow between 3-10 working days for delivery.

International Shipping rate to Rest of the World is $35.00. Please allow between 7-21 working days for delivery.

Tracked International Shipping rate to Rest of the World is $50.00. Please allow between 3-10 working days for delivery.


Our flat shipping fees maybe slightly higher than other retailers, because we are committed to using the best recyclable packaging materials that we can.

And we know you love the planet as much as we do.



If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your order you may return it within the following criteria.

The product must be unused and in original, unopened, undamaged and resalable condition.



Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please allow up to 5 working days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We take no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries.
